No it's not, Adrian entirely owns the responsibilities for the chat room. Dal.net allows you to set up and operate a chat room taking full responsibility for it so long as you don't violate the contract - He has done no such thing so he is fully responsible for it's operation and management.
It's certainly more his than mine, but the ownership of it is Dal.net's. If being responsible for operation and management meant that one owns a thing, I'm going to have to fire my maid out of not wanting her to own my house. I think that would break her contract, and if it doesn't: oh well, i feel like it.
Seriously, ownership has absolutely zero to do with managing and being responsible.

What we're talking about here Adrian is an opinion I have of you that you don't like. There's no justification there for you to ban me from chat, apart from you wanting to foster a certain opinion of yourself. It would be better for you to learn to take such opinions on the chin. A raw nerve is a persons greatest weakness.

There is a rule of thumb I keep towards my internet interactions: Upon the internet, one only has a very limited view of others.
And here's the corollary: Any assumptions you take about others on the internet are wrong
Now, carry on talking about politics, wich I hate and refrain to speak about such a limited issue. If you ask 10 people what political direction to take all 10 will point you in a different way.

The reason for so much bull shit happening in politics is because the majority of people don't give a shit, even though it effects them. That's a problem and I would hope that eventually you would care.

When you have a great majority of ignorants in the populace, politics has nothing to do with ideas, but with charisma, appearances and deception, Zeus. But you can sign me up as a liberal.

A person's greatest weakness is actually not having the Class V Planetary Shield in their tech tree on Impossible difficulty when surrounded by Erratic Klackon, Erratic Meklar, Erratic Bulrathi, Aggressive Sakra, and Ruthless Mrrshan.
That is not a good day, believe me. Not one bit a good day. And to think that if I had that damn-near-vital tech: I could have managed that easily. Fucking erratic AI... "Emperor Durp is tired of playing peace games... and wishes to play war games now."
Well to hell with you and your entire civilization too! Maybe I should re-learn to play non-Silicoid races again so that I can more effectively compete from a small number of planets ^_^ I just love their philosophy too much to give them up >_>

Don't forget that over the internet people act differentely, not always on purpose, sometimes its just because its hard to convey ideas/thoughts/etc, through writing

Nope, and I hope I never will

1. No shit, you own a scrap of it, not responsibilities, not liabilities, nothing.
2. False analogy, your maid has responsibilities as part of a contract, fr0d0 is a guest.
3. This is not analogous to a house owner/maid, it's analogous to a landlord/tenant/guest. Dal.net are the owner of the facilities, Adrian leases space from them for the chat room and as such is responsible for managing, and has the liabilities concerned with, anything that goes on inside it. Fr0d0 is a guest, and when a guest insults the host you should expect to be kicked out.

No shit, and having access to a chat room gives you ZERO rights to it.
