I don't pretend to actually know anything but I would guess a breast augmentation would be a no with an after picture. When I think of non pornographic naked women is national geographics.

Given that forum rules are driven by legal definitions, and the legal definitions have been overwhelmingly drawn up by male legislators, I'd say that the forum rules are sexist, but that the forum management is not responsible for the inherent sexism.

It's my personal opinion that we should only restrict what can be posted based upon the law, whatever liability the owner and staff wish to mitigate, with some measure of keeping to forum running smoothly thrown in.

It is not our intent to create discriminatory policies. I would consider any such discriminatory features to be artifacts of our culture and legal system.

I suppose instructional pics or footage showing and/or depicting the latching process in a thread specifically addressing childbirth/breastfeeding and related questions would would be fine. (Check with you friendly board administrators to be certain).

Breastfeeding adults: Definitely out of the question.

I don't think that's weird, my family is pretty much the same way. The only time I ever see my Dad or brothers shirtless is if they're swimming.

My husband's family is totally the opposite though. If the guys are just hanging around the house, they usually don't have shirts on.

I bet it's a regional thing...my parents are both from Ohio, and my husband's family are all from Georgia. Pretty significant temperature differences between the two.

It's mandatory, I'm afraid.

My son wears a water shirt when swimming. It's partially due to my fear of melanoma but I also personally find shirtless men to be as weird as shirtless women. I think if really is a regional thing. Growing up on Ohio I don't remember a lot of shirtless men growing up. I'm weird by Georgian standards lol. I feel most comfortable when everyone keeps their shirt on.

I can only speak for myself - and to be clear all such decisions are put to a vote - but yes, I would agree here.
