erect penises

clitorises

labia

shaved (or unshaved) versions of the above where appropriate

prolapsed anuses

gaping vaginas

gaping anuses

saline filled scrotums smaller than a softball

saline filled scrotums larger than a softball but smaller than a football

the rest of the saline filled scrotums

scrotal varicose veins

anal fissures

Well crap, I didn't realize there was a request for a decision to be made. I noticed someone complaining that we were sexist for not implementing the rule equally and I also noticed that I was promptly ignored when I pointed out that we, in fact, do implement the rule equally. I suppose the facts aren't relevant when your only point is to call everyone sexist for not letting you have your way.
