Is it legit to say that religion is held together by the fear in hell? Its not like people wish to be servants or voluntary slaves in heaven praising God for eternity.

And is there a point in eternity if its a position only for those who ready to become voluntary slaves?

More like the fear of god that they might be punished even before they go to their hell.

Not all religions. Mainly two. Islam and Christianity. Both exist for those that wish to be slaves voluntarily.

All strong religions have hell. Karma, for example, has a very complex explaination why you might end up in hell. Its used in hindu demigods and God religions as well as Buddhism.

Hinduism has a temporary hell. Christianity and Islam have a permanent hell for Hindus.
