Sometimes I make Tiberius take yoga photos for me. He likes to wait until the most awkward moment to take a photo, but this is still one of my favorites.

I'm taking it in 5 lb increments from here on out. It's all about toning now.

Rode my bike for the first time in a month last night and I feel like someone wrung me out to dry. -_-

It only hurts if you fall. I'm not a huge fan of forearm stands, especially with a wheel, but they look cool.

The Clare Glens are a series of small watefalls in the (small) Clare river at a point in Co Tipperary between the Limerick village of Murroe (of Glenstal Abbey fame) and the Tipperary village of Newport. As I said I spent my birthday walking up through them. I didn't go the full way about two miles up and two miles back (back being on the easy side).

Walks in nature are great. When we were in England I got to walk along a hedgerow. Those are pretty neat for wildlife.
