What have I done and how do I fix it?

Logged on and the big banner at the top of the page is missing. Also, the little dealies (quote, insert video, inset link, insert video, etc) are gone.

Is this something I can correct via User CP or is it a system setting or have I been cursed by gypsies?

First try clearing your cookies / cache. If you didn't change the settings yourself then this is probably a browser issue.
