Just noticed the little description on the bottom
that explains what the colors of user handles mean is not there.

Selected the Rules icon and got "The page you are looking for cannot be found." Could just be me I guess.

I really can't see the kudoses.

I can tell they register as I get a warning box telling me I have already kudosed a post if I try to rekudos a post I've already blessed with one, but if I want to rescind one (not that I would considering the number of pathetic kudos addicts here, me included) the Give Kudos box is still there.
