Nice sarcasm.
No sorry, again, if you cannot see why what that fan did demonstrates the inequity between blacks and whites you ARE missing the point.
His actions were not that of protecting himself from robbery, or an over zealous cop. That asshole simply got mad because someone else couldn't see the game.
Gun or fist, cop or no cop, violence or petty theft, pot possession ect, the PLAYERS were protesting INEQUITY.
Blacks have to worry more when encountering police.
Blacks get charged heavier and get more heavy punishment for the same offenses.
This isn't in the player's head, they are NOT protesting because they want attention as a mere stunt. They are doing it for the SAME reason black athletes and their supporters did the same thing in the 60s and 70s.
If that had been a black fan doing the same thing, odds are they'd be far more likely to be charged with a felony instead of the misdemeanor this guy is charged with.
The black players and those who support their protests, like me, are not advocating crime. They are, and I agree, SAYING, when it comes to our law enforcement, and our economy they KNOW and I agree, that blacks get effected more negatively by economics and our justice system.
If what this fan did does not outrage you, and a non violent kneeling does offend you, then you are MISSING THE POINT.
