I am well...this Saturday will mark 9 weeks without a cigarette. Going to get a few tests taken by docs orders as I'm still not feeling like my breathing has improved any.

Other than that, I've been busy with the kids. They all started school last week.

Congratulations on your quitting tobacco though. That's a damn tough habit to kick.

Thank you. It's been much easier this time around even with all the stress I've been put through. Not a single craving at all.

 It will take time for your breathing to improve, be patient it will happen. Remember you spent years filling your lungs with all that junk and it takes some time for the body to rid your lungs of that stuff, in the end it's more than worth the effort put forth to quit. Stay strong for you and your loved ones. Have a great weekend.

Not very good. I'm using a nebulizer every four hours when I'm home. When I'm out, I'm using my rescue inhaler because walking through places like Sam's club takes a toll on my breathing.
I'm sure glad I quit but I'm kicking myself because I never should have started to begin with.

No positives in kicking yourself for doing it. The positives come from staying off of them.

I'm no spring chicken, but it damn sure wasn't a negative when I started smoking. Shit. It was $0.45 a pack when I purchased them while in middle school. It was just the thing to do. All the cool kids were doing it....

I quit giving up on things.

My vices and I are now friends.
