RE: What is next for the United States?

I'm shocked to see what's happening in USA about states abortion laws and bills.
When some states are advancing onward in the path of individual liberty by legalizing marijuana for recreational use.
There are others states who want to restrict abortion or did it already. These states are advancing backward and this is not a good message for the world.
Cannabis is legal for recreational use in 10 states.
Among them there are eight blue states
(California , Colorado , Maine , Massachusetts , Nevada , Oregon , Vermont , Washington) and two red state
(Alaska and Michigan).
In some states this substance is illegal but it possession or / and use is not a criminal offense anymore.

I'm a citizen of French Republic living in France.
Even if I'm a male living in another country than your.
I feel sad when I'm reading this kind of news because I believe abortion should be a right for all women.
I consider the right to do what you want to do with your body include the right to abort and take substances that you want even if they are dangerous.
The right to abort is more important that the right to abuse substances because make a life came is something more important in a human life than take drugs.
1.Is it legitimate to force a woman who was raped to give birth to a child ? I let you guess how it can be traumatic for a child who will discover the truth and would be seen by people around him / her as the child born from a rape and not as the child.
I let you imagine the nightmare than the woman will live if someone ask her who's the father if she haven't a partner to pretend he's the father to hide the fact she was raped because she don't want speak about it.
Even if she have a partner to hide who is the real father she would known she is lying and think to the rape each day.
2.Is it legitimate to force a woman who haven't the financial means to foster a child to give birth to a child ?
The child can be adopted but it can be traumatic for the mother and the child.
3.Is it legitimate to force a woman to give birth to a handicaped child if she haven't the mental or / and financial resources to foster the child ?
The child can be adopted but it can be traumatic for the mother and the child.
If the child isn't adopted by a family it will become a ward of the state and have a miserable life because of institutional abuse.
If the child have mental , intellectual or / and psychic disability he / she is likely to become a person under guardianship when he / she will be an adult and this not necessary to be a google expert to know adult guardianship is shit because this so-called protection don't protect the so-called incapacitated person in many cases.
