Honestly the OP wasn't that bad, i got used to vapid insults. His second post here was the one a bit over the top IMHO.

I agree that science is not math.  Also, chocolate is not cheese and a carrot is not a cart horse.

It's nice that things are different.

Science is not math. Science is not English, nor is it French, nor Chinese nor Russian.

But, math is a very good language to use when discussing science because it is formal and so doesn't let as much bad reasoning enter in.

But it is only a language when used in the sciences.

The other day I was supervisor in charge at the plant. I took my math analisys book and scribble notebook there. The other supervisor in charge of the slaughter asked me why I took that book instead of going on the net etc.

Well, that stumbled me a bit indeed. I think it's in my nature. The book has awesome proof questions. Did some during the shift. Night shift mind you.
