Is it at all possible - just possible - that she's have trouble finding representation because she has no case?

Maybe when there's a strongly backed up report of Biden being a serial rapist or a child molester (I mean, there are videos of him being creepy with little girls and him randomly talking about how he loves having little kids sit on his lap), then perhaps Democrats might rethink who they're nominating (but then again maybe not). It still probably wouldn't be Bernie, though.
Senator Sander is okay (so much better than dotards currently on offer) and would be great for the environment at least. I don't think he'd get as much done as people hope because he'd have to fight against the moneyed interests of both the Democrats and Republicans in Congress. My issues are also:
1. He's not really a Socialist.
2. There is a small chance would save the USA from itself.
I like watching the slow demise of American hegemony, because the USA has consistently been the biggest threat to world peace. Where I'm from, everyone laughs at the USA and how stupid and brainwashed Americans are (including those that love Joe Biden) and I love that. After all of the millions of people killed by successive presidents it feels great seeing the USA in terminal decline, something which Donald Trump has sped up.

Perhaps you didn't want the full interview. This article from the Intercept should help:
Time’s Up Said It Could Not Fund a #MeToo Allegation Against Joe Biden, Citing Its Nonprofit Status and His Presidential Run
From the article:
Quote:To get legal help, and manage what she knew from her first go-around would be serious backlash, she reached out to the organization Time’s Up, established in the wake of the #MeToo movement to help survivors tell their stories.
The Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund was the recipient of an outpouring of donations over the past two-plus years, and is set up as a 501©3 nonprofit housed within the National Women’s Law Center. It was launched in December 2017 and was the most successful GoFundMe in the site’s history, raising more than $24 million. Among the accusers backed so far by Time’s Up are some of those assaulted by Harvey Weinstein, as well scores of others with allegations against executives in male-dominated industries. The group has committed more than $10 million toward funding cases.
As you can see, she attempted to go via the same channels as the Harvey Weinstein victims but was refused. Not everyone can afford a good lawyer sadly. Hence why, we need organisations like Time's Up.
Also from the article:
Quote:Ellen Aprill, a professor of tax law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, said that Time’s Up’s analysis is too conservative, and the group wouldn’t be putting its tax-exempt status at risk by taking a case involving a candidate for federal office as long as it followed its standard criteria for taking on cases. “As a legal matter, if the group is clear regarding the criteria used as to whom it is taking to court, show that these are long-established neutral criteria, and they are being applied to individuals completely independent of their running for office, it would not be a violation of tax law. Groups are allowed to continue to do what they have always done,” she said.

2.On this we agree
3.My only concern is nature abhors a power vacuum

And if not nature, American politics, especially on the right, which has decided to make a turn for the Caesarist.
