So are you arguing that bamboo under the fingernails and Dick Cheney waterboarding is too harsh?

I spent umpteen hours in the back of a car traveling across Australia, as a hostage, listening to country music.

Did you figure out which country?

The fun part of the land down under, is that even in being a mere passenger in a car, you feel like you are on an amusement park ride because they don't drive on the same side of th the street. But, just like being a passenger in  any country, everyone knows a led foot.

Been there, Fremantle harbor to Perth taxi ride was Buck Rogers-level.

I hate it when people use a led foot to drive.

Try a jetboat ride down the Swan River with a mad doctor in control.

The trouble with Australian drivers isn’t that they drive on the left side of the street. It’s that they drive on BOTH sides of the street.

Point was that a led foot is just that, and unfortunately in AMERICA, I have been a passenger in a vehicle whom has speeded.

Humans worldwide, haate laws even when those laws are designed to protect them.

Yeah, heavy foot, usually referred to as lead foot.

Just to derail this thread even more.

I just tried to google the original opening theme to the TV show Buck Rogers "In the 25th Century" and got handed a bunch of half crap based on a bunch of decades of lawyers suing each other over copyright.

Please, I welcome anyone to find me the TV version. I have found the pilot and different versions, BUT not THE standard open/close I grew up with.

What I did post earlier was what I could find, but not what became the standard.
