Hmm, what's this button do? FUCK! I know from personal experience, but not with forum software. It only cost the company about $5k for parts, and a number of dollars for labor that isn't going to see the light of day here.
Kit, you're supposed to say, "If chosen, I will not run, and if elected, I will not serve".
I almost had greatness thrust upon me many years ago at another forum, but I was still nimble enough to evade it. I surf pretty far and wide, and don't spend a lot of time on a particular forum. I wouldn't be a good candidate, TBH.
