Jesus was nothing close to a socialist.  He didn't confiscate people's stuff.

He did say not to care about stuff, and his followers were communists ... they did share everything.
The definition of a socialist being someone who confiscates yer stuff, is only for Republicans.
Every religion is true one way or another. It is true when understood metaphorically. But when it gets stuck in its own metaphors, interpreting them as facts, then you are in trouble. - Joseph Campbell  Popcorn

Communism includes violence.  The disciiples were not communists.   Socialism works only in a very small group in which all contribute.  In societal practice,  leftwingers bastardize socialism.  They confiscate from the doers and the few line their own pockets.   And socialist leaders never follow the rules they dictate for others.  They live like royalty.   Jesus lived like a pauper.

Norway economy is fueled by (gasp!) OIL.   That's what finances their socialized programs.  They're in perpetual recession because of these programs.  Very said, because they don't have to be.

And why the greatest country in the world, America, would emulate that by paying people not to work can only be the work of those who want America to fall.  Plain and simple.

Without googling, can you correctly define socialism?
