Copying and pasting the same thing REPEATEDLY is against the no spamming rule, and copying and pasting someone else's material without giving credit is against the plagiarism rule, but how is simply copy/past against the rules (can't plagiarize yourself) seeing how people copy/paste from sources ALL the time?

Genetic Variations

For the purpose of this post I am going to break down the human population into three (3) populations. Africans, Asians, and Europeans.

All humans share 99.9% of their DNA. That is a difference of about 6.4 million out of the total 6.4 billion base pairs in human DNA.

Within a given population (Africans, Asians, or Europeans) the difference is 5.76 million pairs. About 0.09%. Between populations there is another difference of 640 thousand pairs. About 0.01%.

The difference between humans and chimpanzees is about 1.2%.

Humans and chimpanzees both differ from gorillas is by about 3.1%.

Humans, chimps, and gorillas all differ from rhesus monkeys by about 7%.

The previous three lines are important in understanding the answer to OP’s question. That’s because while there is a 3.1% difference between humans and gorillas there is a 7% difference between both humans and gorillas and monkeys. This tells us that rhesus monkeys, gorillas, chimps, and humans have all seen a 7% change in their DNA since they split from a common ancestor. 3.9% later was the last common ancestor of gorillas, chimps and humans. 1.9% later was the last common ancestor of chimps and humans. 0.1% later was the last common ancestor of all humans.

So no, Europeans are not more evolved than Africans. For that matter humans aren’t more evolved than chimps or rhesus. We have all evolved about the same amount since our last common ancestor.

it is important to keep in mind we humans are  in fact no more evolved that slime molds or bacteria.    If anything, we are less evolved than many types of bacteria by orders of magnitude because there likely have been  orders of magnitude more generations since the last common ancestor between bacteria and humans, in the lineage of modern bacteria, then in our lineage.

It isn't hard. The vast majority of the DNA inherited from Neanderthals is the same as what we already have.

I'm going to make a couple assumptions here for the sake of making the math easy.

Assumption 1: Humans (and Neanderthals) split from chimps about 5 million years ago.
Assumption 2: Humans and Neanderthals split 500 thousand years ago.

So if the difference between humans and chimps is 1.2% the difference between humans and Neanderthals is about 1/10th of that or 0.12%. So if a human inherited 2% of their DNA from Neanderthals they got about 128 million pairs, but only about 153,600 of those pairs are different from human DNA. That's .002% of your 6.4 billion base pairs only accounting for about 1/5th of the difference between the populations discussed in my previous post.
