Made a couple slices of French toast for something different for lunch/brunch.

I've lost weight again so am trying to eat more regularly. I need to get to a decent weight so I can see if I have clothes that fit for graduation later this month or if I have to go shopping. My preference is to fluff up enough to not have to shop.

I've got some brown rice cooking. I've got microwave pouches of lentils or vegetables in an Indian sauce. I'll put that on half the rice, sriracha sauce on the other half, and have sliced ham on the side.
