Successive addition isn't remotely relevant.  How many times do you have to be told this before it sinks in.  Have you suffered some form of brain damage?
Now don't give him the out of brain damage. This is motivated and willful ignorance. Because it would mean the wicked nonbelievers were right.

The temporal series of past moments IS as series formed by successive addition, therefore you have nothing. Because such a series cannot be actually infinite, therefore the past of the Universe is not infinite.

You need to postulate all kinds of absurdities to maintain your Atheism. An infinite number of contingent beings to avoid the Necessarily Existent Supreme Being. Lol, you can keep believing absurdities if you want, but the Universe had a beginning, is therefore contingent, and is not the First Cause.

If you are starting with a finite universe in order to end up with a finite universe, then you have begged the question and your conclusion doesn't follow.

Nope, we are starting with a series of past moments going back in time. You know, like yesterday, the day before, and so on. Keep counting that on paper, and when you get to -infinity, let me know, and I'll immediately concede the argument. lolol. Gotta love Atheists.

Nope, facts from someone who has already won the actual argument as opposed to you who has lost every argument on this forum by a country mile and is simply too arrogant to handle it. You came here thinking you were a shark but it turns out you are a minnow  Hehe

Since that has nothing to do with the universe and past infinities, all you've shown is that you're a bit of a moron.

You won't concede no matter what you are presented with. But back atcha, prove that my possibility for a universe which began, is past finite, and is the first cause is not possible. If you can't do that, then the rest of this nonsense doesn't matter as I don't need a past infinite universe or an actual infinity to show that you are wrong, as I have already demonstrated. You lack both the skills needed to digest the points given, the honesty to admit when you are licked. You are simply another stupid person who has convinced himself that he is not stupid in the relevant areas. Such persons are a dime a dozen, and their and your pronouncements are worth nothing.

Of course, he won't concede. Because that would mean you  the wicked unbeliever defeated him and his idealogy renders that impossible.

Such silly ad hominem and dishonest style of argumentation. We Christians could say more to you Atheists, you are resisting the Gospel Truth, you are in mortal sin for rejecting known Truth, you are going to hell for this etc. We don't want to because we prefer polite and pleasant intellectual debate, like for e.g. Dr. Craig engages in. It's very clear some of you however are not up for that but prefer to throw a temper tantrum and stomp your feet instead.

Modern Science 100% confirms the Philosophical Truth established by learned Philosophers long ago. I will quote Alexander Vilenkin and then shake off the dust: "THE OBSTRUCTION may be found in the Borde-Guth-Vilenkin (BGV) theorem.8 Loosely speaking, our theorem states that if the universe is, on average, expanding, then its history cannot be indefinitely continued into the past ... No matter how small the probability of collapse, the universe could not have existed for an infinite amount of time before the onset of inflation." https://inference-review.com/article/the...e-universe

Asked and answered. Quit lying. And as noted, the universe can be fully in compliance with Vilenkin's interpretation and you still lose. Try learning to read, dipshit.
