"The Judeo-Christian God Is Infinite"-Einstein
April 13, 2012 at 6:33 am
Well, those were not his exact words...What he actually said was:
“Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe.”
But I am pretty sure it is the same thing.

The Judeo-Christian God is not the same thing as "human stupidity".

This wasn't in the humor section. It looks like he is trying to attribute a quote to Einstein that the man never said, or even alluded to. I object to that; it's the sort of quote distorting that the religious do all the time to try and make non-religious people like Einstein appear on their side.
So even if it was a joke, it's not funny. If you want to paraphrase for the sake of humor, fine, but state that is what you are doing, don't deliberately distort someone's quote to make it mean something different.
