I was told by someone that I should do an introduction which is right so here I am introducing myself.

I'm not really very good at talking about myself as it's best to be humble and instead talk about the good news of my new best friend, Jesus. But my priest says I can as long as I don't flatter myself.

My real name is Flynn, I am 60 years young and until recently I was head croupier in a casino here in London where I live. I had been working as a croupier for over 25 years but felt that I could no longer stay in my job as Jesus doesn't like gambling and my priest says it's sinful. I am now working as a street pastor which is great as I get to meet lots of people and talk to them about how Jesus loves them and want to be their friend.

I am married and have 6 children and 3 grandchildren. I am the only saved in my family which makes me sad that they might go to hell if they don't listen to me but, if it's Jesus' will then it must be good, even if I don't understand yet.

Until I found Jesus I used to be an atheist and loved sci-fi, especially Star Trek and Babylon V, Fishing and I was a member of a pub quiz team but now I mainly study scripture and do lots of odd jobs for my priest. But sometime I do take a sneaky peek at an old episode of Doctor Who or Star Trek when no-one's looking

Oh, and I looked up the words troll and poe on the internet. I thought people were calling me a hairy creature. I'm not used to forums so sorry if I caused any misunderstandings.

You talk a lot about being 'saved'. Obviously from my point of view there is nothing to be saved from.
So you might as well give up with that. Also we have heard it all before.
You like pretty much every other theist I encounter focus a lot on some kind of afterlife. Which tells me you fear the end of your existence. Religion seems completely centred on death.

You do know that there is NO contemporary evidence outside of the bible(and even the bits in that relating to JC were written much later) that jesus ever existed, don't you.

Hello Flynn. Nothing wrong with being a croupier..... so you are a problem gambler?
London is a very nice place ...so I am told and there are many atheists that live there...some are even on this forum.

More lies... I don't think it says anywhere in the bible that gambling is sinful...I could be wrong though as that book is full of crap misinformation.
