luke yes you can only see the affects of air, but you cannot actually see air. seeing air and seeing the air's affects are two different things. God works wonders too that you can see. but you cannot see God becuaes God is a spirit.

If I'm being completely technical, we could cool the air down until it condenses into a visible, liquid form, and then cool it even further until it is a complete solid... but that's just if I'm being technical.

(For example Nitrogen takes up 78% of the earth's atmospheric volume and we've liquified that into a visible form http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liquid_nitrogen)

What is a spirit? If you've already dealt with this somewhere in the thread then just say the words and I'll go look. I've never had a satisfactory definition of what "spirit" is.

So L. Ray was imitating what you thought exactly. You had an individual understanding and found someone that agreed with it. You had previously thought that there was no trinity and that Jesus wasn't God.

Why 'make it your bible' if this was so? I assume you learned a lot more along the same lines?

Have you ever considered Scientology, Christadelphism, Jehova's Witness for example - none of them accept Jesus as God either.

Again, Im not here to convince anyone who could care less. I came to show the ones who walked away from God because of false teachings about hell. No one else. I know these kind exist. Frodo there is no such thing as trinity. its not biblical. it is man made crap. I coudl say me and my daughter worked on a project together but that doesnt mean we are one person, we are two separate people working on the project. Just as God and Jesus work on the same GOAL but are two seperate beings.

Mr Ray Smith did not teach me waht I didnt alreayd know on my own. The difference is I couldnt explain. I just knew its how it was. Ray Smith gave me the explanations I needed. But my belief came yrs and yrs and yrs before I ever found Ray Smiths website. So ray smith taught me notihng that I didnt already know. all he did was give me the proof I needed and wanted for so long. So no I had no teacher. To me the way I bellieved was common sense. Just like you not believeing is common senes TO YOU.

I searched online for ages and found one disappointing site after another. I then got frustrated and outloud when I was alone I asked God to help me find the answers I needed becasue I knew he was not evil. I needed a way to prove it. my very next search brought me Ray's website. I had never seen it before somehow during all my searches. Myabe I searched for the wrong thing, I dont know. What I do know is I asked God for his assistance in getting explanations to prove he is not evil and there was Ray's webiste. And I felt God helped me to get my proof. You atheist do not have to belive it but I do believe God assisted me just as I asked of him. It was just too weird the way It came about. anyway I have to go get daughter so I outta here for now. see you all next time.

You see, here's the thing kittenshere.

Whilst some of us may have walked away from religion because of various teachings, on our way, we found other arguments that to us bolster the atheist position. We don't care if biblical teaching is wrong (in fact, we already think it is), because to get us to believe again, you'd have to show how the various arguments for atheism are wrong.

So, to put it bluntly, we don't care about your preaching of a very modern interpretation of the Bible. We care about good debate over the more complex issues. Either join in or...*ahem*...get lost!
