Is this a necro thread? It's either that or Northern Ireland is no longer part of the UK and nobody thought to tell us. I just went on the site and it is working perfectly fine. Actually, I just checked the URL... I'm on thepiratebay.se... Yay Sweden!
Some ISPs haven't implemented the blocks yet.

Everyone on my uni course is currently laughing at them for this attempt at blocking it. It is quite pitiful.
