I.Love.B5.
Londo and G'Kar are just beautiful. Their dynamic, the way their stories intertwine and end... And the foreshadowing is god-tier.
Actually, I might just look up the series and give it a second chance.

this is good on so many levels.
Pay attention to Episode 1. Remember it. When season 4 ends, you'll blow your own mind.

A few months ago. I acquired the entire series, including the 'lost episodes'. I have watched them all in sequence. The show and acting is very uneven. My favourite characters are Lando Molari and G'Karr, and it was fun watching the character of Vir Cotto mature. A nicely nuanced performance by Stephen Furst.
I don't have any one favourite episode, although I especially enjoyed the episode "Soulmates", in which Lando divorced two of his wives, keeping the oldest, nasty one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_FsmEQBrO8
Babylon 5 was a fantastic series for the first four seasons. Too bad they never made season 5. No, they never made season 5. Shut up, season 5 never existed! I'm not listening. Lalalalalalalalala

Lalalalalalalalala Agreed. They did the usual American thing: Take fair-to-good idea then beat it to death with a stick. Successful US TV series often go on at least one season too long.Greedy bastards. I wouldn't mind if they included some graphic and inventive alien sex. At least it had a ending, unlike, let's say Firefly, the poor series that's now damned in the realm of fanfic forever.. When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura
