Actually, I just thought that. My dad would appreciate it, I think
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Ok Darwinian, I think you're awesome, but I do have a couple of questions concerning the obvious oddities ....
#1 Why are the two of you in your bedroom and not the dining/living room?
#2 Why does a grown man have stuffed animals in his bedroom?
#3 Why does there appear to be a cage door to the left of the shelves? (wait! this isn't that room where priests take kids is it?!!)
#4 Were you as surprised as me to find out that downbeatplumb is in fact, actor/director Harold Ramis?

Yes, yes I am!

Because all the cool stuff like the P.C., Sky, 42" LCD are in my room.
Also, it contains my glorious bed so when I finish on the P.C./T.V. I can just roll straight into it. There's nothing wrong with the living room as it also contains a large HD T.V. linked to Sky and has large luxurious leather settees but, I just prefer to be in my room.
Another reason is that I am a smoker and I feel more comfortable smoking in my room as directly above me, when I'm on the P.C. is a large industrial type extractor fan that I bought from eBay that can suck 2.5 ltrs of air a second out of my room.
And yet another reason is that this is my family home and this room was the one that I 'grew up' in, the room where I first saw Cosmos, Life on Earth, heard my first ever episode of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy etc.. and I just love being in it

Cuddly toys are a very good way to break up harsh corners and hide the vast array of complex wiring of equipment that I always seem to create.
Quote:#3 Why does there appear to be a cage door to the left of the shelves?
I hate having my door shut as I want to feel connected to the rest of the house but on the other hand I really don't want my daughters highly annoying and destructive cat in my room waking me up at 3 in the morning by knocking things off shelves or getting at the back of my TV/Video/Sky/PS3 cabinet getting tangled up in all my delicate and extremely clever wiring so I went to the D.I.Y. store, bought some wood and made a cat screen.

Ah no kidding? I've spent a lot of time in and around Smith Rock. I love it. What made you stop climbing?
