Why create such a headache for one's self? You think the original peddlers of this nonsense were any better at establishing it;s accuracy than you are? At least they were clever enough to realize that. There is no -if- here GC. Man did write scriptures of his own accord. There are no other "accords" to be found.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

It's obvious why it was never written into scripture: such a requirement of the faithful would completely destroy any credibility of the faith because you absolutely cannot satisfy that requirement. The guys who came up with these tales of misery may have been horribly ignorant and sexually-repressed, but they weren't that stupid.

Oh, I see, when you can not find yourself in disagreement with myself or scriptures the writers are not stupid and had a flawless plan. Yet when you believe you have found a point of contention with myself or scripture the writers are stupid and made countless errors. Sounds like circular reasoning to me, not to mention double talk and just plan ol' ignorance.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

"Scripture" is not evidence of anything beyond the imagination of ancient goat herders.

Quote it all you like. It impresses no one except other idiots like you.

What is really fucking hilarious is that Atheists can quote "the scripture" too. Equally there is no obligation for an atheist to "prove" anything other than what can be given in evidence.

You simply do not realize that when I play up the supposed perfection of God or the scriptures, it is only because I'm using your acceptance of that patent absurdity as a weapon against you.

It will be used against you so enough.

G-C thinks his invisible sky-daddy will punish all the people who were mean to him for eternity in a blazing pit of fire.

That's what he means by being a xtian.

Uh...if their plan was flawless, then why are thre atheists? They were stupid in many respects, but ignorant would be a better word. It prpbably wasn't as obviously a scam at the time because everyone was ignorant.
