The top one has distinctive Nazi flags and salutes. The bottom one is a bunch of people standing around, with three flags, none of which seem particularly Nazi-ish. I mean, honestly, if you told me to point to the fascists, I'd go with the top photo. If you asked me for each photo whether the people seemed particularly fascist, I'd say "yes" for the top photo and "no" for the bottom.

you clearly didn`t read what i wrote beneath.

It is for us, turns out that that (according to wikipedia) the nazi's used that flag from 33-35 and was the 'imperial' flag.

Spose a German would spot that immediately, to me (at first) yeah, it looked like a flag of a country I didn't know. It was only apparent it was nazi's when a) I was told they were, or b) I look up what that flag mean, not obvious at first glance no.

If i was to post a swastiker here on this forum, and you would report this to the german autorities, I could get 3 to 7 years jail.

Your search didn't bring me to anything, even when I did it in Google Image Search. My point is, I didn't think that flag look particularly Nazi-ish; in fact I still don't. I understand a Nazi flag to have the Swastika on it.

The fact that you could go to jail for posting a swastika is ridiculous; I'm opposed to such violations of free expression.

The flag below is the "Reichsfahne" from the second german Reich or german empire, wich seized to exist in 1914.
It is illegal to show symbols from the NS-era in public, in germany. duing so will get you into jail.

Fashist movements in germany have addapted to this, and are trying to create a more democratic image of themselves. By stating that "they dont look naziish" you fell for just that.
The lower picture shows a demonstration by the npd. a party wich recently was found out to have members who provided the "zwickauer" terrorists with weapons.
