I don't hate God any more than I hate Sauron. Some versions of God seem pretty despicable but there are so many versions and potential versions that I'm inclined to think if he/she/it/them were to actually exist, it may be more a matter of bad press than active malice. Basically if there's a God, it's got billions of people making up crap about her.
