And when we consider the fact that scientists have falsified evidence and lied about evolution (such as piltdown man, javaman, and ota benga), this makes evolution even more unreliable.

So the evidence should be obviously clear that perhaps the biggest hoax and lie of all-time is evolution.

Are you saying that muslims killed all thinking/questioning people in that area and then proceeded to evolve non-thinking/non-questioning individuals which thrived and are still displaying that genetic trait today?

Yes, evolution has been observed. It's the reason you need to get a different flu shot every year. It's the reason treatment resistant bacteria exists. It's the reason it's been so difficult to cure HIV.
