So it is ok for a 40 year old man to have sex with a 14 year old girl or boy?

Question on freedom to voice support for criminal actions?

Then sincerely.
Fuck you. (January 21, 2013 at 10:25 pm)The_Germans_are_coming Wrote: So you agree that it`s alright to have sex with a child? In the US the First Amendment assures freedom of speech. However, advocating for something is not to be construed as approval for doing it. IOW, you can say it....just don't do it. It is what allows such reprehensible groups as these, http://www.nambla.org/ http://americannaziparty.com/ http://catholics.org/ http://www.republicans.org/ http://home.nra.org/#/home to have web sites. While freedom of speech does not apply to forums and technically cannot, as this is a private enterprise, I know that stating opinions is not something the staff (typically) frowns upon, nor should they. Now, if this guy is a troll, then he's screwed here anyway. However, his support of anything illegal cannot be vilified more or less than anything else illegal based on the severity of the crime. That is simply because, if we are to make advocating illegal activities against the rules, we have to do it across the board. That means no more talking about smoking pot, underage drinking, etc. Now, before anyone jumps all over my case, I am well aware that they are victimless crimes. However, they are crimes. Besides, saying something is not wrong is not even close to saying that people should go out and do it or planning such an event, in which case I would suggest turning him over to the authorities. In short, if it is not something even police could act on, what the fuck is the gripe? It gives you guys something to talk about, so talk about it. Be a defender of the children, not a broom that sweeps such things under the rug as soon as they appear.
Also, in my opinion, this thread has become everything that the "Play nice or we hate this place" crowd complains about. I would toe the line or risk angry, "I hate what this forum has become" threads. A person reaches adulthood and maturety at the age of 18. Consencual sex can be legaly had as mature adults. A 14 year old girl is not an adult. It is not just my emotion. It is law. Fuck you. Yeah right. How fucking noble of a concerned free thinking citizen you are.
So abusing a minor isn`t going to give her any kind of psychological damage? And when does in your nobel critical mind a person reach maturety? RE: Question on freedom to voice support for criminal actions?

There isn't a 'magic age' that blanket statements everyone, though. |
