The Christian god, as defined, is omnipotent. This is generally considered the defining trait of monotheistic gods (i.e. Zeus and Thor weren't omnipotent). Unless we are talking about someone else...

Scripture says many times, "I am the unchanging God." Pays to study.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
