If I prayed for a rain of frogs, would it happen, fr0d0?
Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day

In that case you could substitute the name Jesus with Eeyore and it wouldn't make any difference Let's see what that looks like...

The Bible states that he does, which is a positive claim, so please provide proof

Your plea to humanistic ends is lost on God. He has bigger fish to fry.

Welcome Chilpotlenathan,
I have a question, if god created man in his own image, than why aren't we invincible to?

What god is this exactly? It wouldn't make any difference to the omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent god of the bible. He would, by definition, be aware of and able to solve both problems instantly. Or does he want millions of children to feed the flies for a reason?

So what was the correct interpretation?
