It would still be a problem us even if it wouldn't be a problem for us personally for the higher being doing the killing

There is a difference between God's relationship to man and man's to the ant (for example).
Man has, as far as I am aware, never declared how much it loves the ant and how dear the ant is to it.
Man has never claimed a parental relationship to the ant.
As parents go, of course, God sucks. "Do as I say and not as I do." = Bad parenting.

1. Humans kill other species unnecessarily.
2. Such killing is not called murder.
3. The justification given for 2 is that humans have greater mental capacity than the other animals they kill.
4. God has greater mental capacity than humans.
5. Therefore, it is not murder when God kills humans.
Your question is an implication that 1 is false, i.e. that humans only kill out of necessity. I've already refuted that in at least two ways: the existence of vegans, and the killing of ants.

Erm.....
"Our father which art in heaven?"
The heavenly father?
Didn't GWB claim to ask his father for advice before invading Iraq (and not the one that had previously been president)?
"The Children of Israel?"
And about a thousand other examples....

John 8
39 They answered and said to Him, “Abraham is our father.”
Jesus said to them, “If you were Abraham’s children, you would do the works of Abraham. 40 But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told you the truth which I heard from God. Abraham did not do this. 41 You do the deeds of your father.”
Then they said to Him, “We were not born of fornication; we have one Father—God.”
42 Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me. 43 Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word. 44 You are of your father the devil

Ok we're the children/spawn of the devil you got us here. Satan is very cool though to be honest you could have a drink with him. I would suggest that Christians seem to like the idea of him far more though in the "If you don't believe what we believe then you're on the side of this guy we just made up to scare you with" sense.

Jesus turned water into wine, ate and drank with sinners, and said that he'll drink with us again in heaven.

Atheists don't mind a good Earthly life affirming down to Earth character with a rebellious independent streak who can't be doing with spiritual bullshit or being told what they ought to do. There's affinity there if he ever existed. Cthulu now he's threatening. It could be our so called Dark Lord isn't getting the credit he deserves for the pleasures of life you yourself indulge in you ungrateful toerag, all the hard work he's put into this world.

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
