Great. I look forward to the next scientific advance warning for a tsunami so 250k human lives can be saved.
Actually, I would settle for a guarantee about the exact location of lightning striking.
Actually, just tell me what date I will die. Can you tell me that oh wise oracle of Delphi?

God of the gaps? Really? Again?

Couldn't one of you theist come up with a single original argument just once. I mean......really......

"Here's something we don't know."
"Ooooohhhhh - God must have done it."
"Oh no- we figured it out. God didn't do it."
"Here's something we don't know."........

I look forward to the next biblical prophecy for a tsunami so 250k human lives can... oh wait...

In that case, I'll settle for divine revelation about the exact location of lightning... oh, can't do that either, huh?

How about telling me the date I'm going to - y'know what, forget it. I think I'll stick with what works.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Glad you acknowledge there are gaps.
I won't hold my breath waiting for science to fill them.

Better the gaps in science than the gaping void of christianity.

Those particular ones or any gaps. Surely you are not stupid enough to doubt science will fill innumerable gaps as time progresses, whilst religion lounges in its slumbers.

Yes, we know you are patient. After all, you've been waiting on Jesus for some time now, although he did say he was returning soon.

This is exactly what people in the Middle Ages said isn't it, as they watched their family and friends dropping like flies from the Black Death and waited on their knees for a miracle?

If only religion stopped there. Unfortunately it's a leech, a flea, parasitically feeding off all the benefits that society and science has to offer, while giving nothing in return save rancorous threats any time its position is challenged.

You're the ignorant numb nuts who apparently believes that natural disasters are the temper tantrums of an idiot god you claim to have a personal relationship with. So how about you tell us, Nostradumbass?

No you wont, and that is the problem right there. You'd rather fill that gap with an ancient comic book which is not a science text book. But don't feel bad, all religions do this.

But it's NOT a comic book!

There are no pictures.
