Yes. NyQuil contains paracetamol (acetaminophen), which is metabolised in the liver. Drink on top of that, and your liver won't feel fine and I can guarantee you one hell of a hangover. The max dose for acetaminophen is 3-4g/24h. According to recommendations you should not ingest more than 2g/24h if you have been drinking, but I say to leave it be altogether. In other words, have you taken acetaminophen, wait for a day at least.
