Crafty Corner

RE: Crafty Corner
That doll is amazing!
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

I'm posting so I remember to post here laters Wink that subscribe thread button is bein elusive tonight!
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!

Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.

Dead wrong.  The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.

Quote:Some people deserve hell.

I say again:  No exceptions.  Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it.  As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

I'm stopping at the craft store on the way home today to pick up some grey-green-brown yarn for Cthulhu's knitted cthulhu.

Summer here so craftiness tends to slide. Currently knitting a top for Autumn, 'Fisherman's Rib' .... Gonna take a while. Just got asked to finish a cross stitch work started by my mother's now deceased friend...the lady in question created many craft projects as raffle items to support the Disability Olympics

Of course I said yes.

A bloody headache to make Kay (for me anyway) as the pattern was written for a left handed person and I am right handed.

Next crochet job is some scuffs/ slippers for me... still thinking about it. And maybe a cotton tank top, then there are the numerous bloody garments that plague me at night wanting to be made.

As with anything "Crafty" you really have to be in the mood (have your head in "that space") before you start otherwise it will all go to shit very quickly.

You don't say.. '-_-
Usually the mood strikes me at the most inconvenient times, such as 00.00 when I really should go to bed, but I just have to try out a new crochet pattern Big Grin
