The loch Ness monster escaped from the loch.. and swallowed the airplane whole.. scientific studies show that the the stomach lining of a loch Ness can block all electronics... oh.. and 4 out of 5 dentist choose trident over regular gum..
It'll be on air crash investigation on the discovery channel if it is ever found out what happened.
After watching that program quite a lot this disappearance doesn't seem like such an amazing one off event. Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them. Impersonation is treason. 
It's definitely somewhere in the ocean, I think. But how it got there is quite... unnerving.

Think about this.. we have $ 200 cell phones that we can ping anywhere and find it.. but a half of billion dollar huge hunk of metal that can fly itself is unable to be found.. WTF!!
