I put this in the humor section because there might be some amusing responses but please share your testimony even if it’s as serious as a heart attack or a tear jerker.

So how has Atheist forums changed your life for the better?

Since I’ve been coming here I’ve stopped hanging out with my friends, stopped calling my sponsor, stopped going to meetings, stopped showing up to mass on time, stopped receiving holy communion, increase in blasphemy and repugnance for Religion, mockery of the redemptive work of Jesus Christ, lukewarm and almost nonexistent prayer life,...

... got back into pornography (which I quit in August), major increase in the frequency of masturbation, and a recognition that Religious beliefs are dangerous and irrational (and that to have them only leads to a wasted, dull, and delusional life)

I’m gradually becoming more of an agnostic who will demand that God show himself before I consecrate my life to him.

Also, I posted pornographic images of myself online, thanks to AF, which I haven’t done before. I’m hoping that is a step closer to making a hardcore video with some local sluts.

I can be an atheist and an anti-theist and a geek fangirling out FOREVER here and ONLY at Area 69 (or I get banned for like TWO WHOLE DAYS)... all at the same time...

It's been rather cathartic, putting my thoughts out there for other people to read and respond to. I've thought about making threads in the other boards I go to, but this is one geared towards the subject of atheism and religion, so the results are better.

Being here has solidified for me that the similarities we share outweigh our differences.

I do sometimes play a game with the sound off while listening to videos in the background. If the guy is just standing/sitting there talking, and not using images, then I can just listen.

*Sigh* being able to use the NES controller in one hand was my favorite thing as a kid...

Sigh... When I was first reading the Harry Potter series, I was so into it, I tried to read it while drinking from the classroom water fountain at the same time...

My teacher snapped a pic... pretty sure it ended up in the elementary school year book...

Apparently I'm such a LEGEND at that school, even though all the staff and faculty there are all different from when I was actually going to that school...

Whenever I visit, people know who I am, and if they're teachers, they nod in approval...
