Satan seems to be better at running countries in favor of Humans anyway. Secular countries tend to be much better than theocratic ones.

Nah, this is just the way he wants it! God is off popping some fresh popcorn and getting set for the premier of "Real Apocalypses of the Middle East - God's Bloodbath Edition".
Will Satan (that bitch!) finally get his ass kicked and thrown into the lake of fire? Will Jesus reunite with Mary Magdalene, find love , "get busy" and avoid contracting herpes? Only if he's not too "busy" slaughtering naughty humans! Watch, as God goes postal on his nasty, vile creation!

In a sense they are siblings. Moses was a descendant of Abraham's son Isaac. Muhammad was a descendant of his other son Ishmael.
From the link: "The Antichrist will be an agent of Satan and Satan tries to deceive people by imitating God. God chose Abraham’s son Isaac to be the ancestor of the Messiah. Satan chose Abraham’s other son Ishmael to be the ancestor of the Antichrist. Muhammad and the Koran play the same role in Satan’s plan that Moses and the Torah do in God’s plan."
That was pulled from someone's ass in it's entirety. I'm always amazed at how readily people who claim to believe in a mighty and just God think he conforms to musings they just dreamed up. The Bible says absolutely nothing about Ishmael being the ancestor of the Antichrist.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

could you please help enlighten me.
Is the bible older than the quran and are there similarities in some of the stories?
Thank you
fre33dom
You have google too.
But the short answer is YES, the truth is that some Arabs basically took the bible and rewrote it. But both ultimately stem from the Hebrew old testament god of Yahweh. But prior to Yahweh being a monotheistic god of the Hebrews, it was a lesser god of a "Divine Family" in the Canaanite pantheon.
All holy books are are the comic book reflections of the cultures of antiquity. Religion competes like Coke and Pepsi compete. An upstart sees the traditions, borrows from those stories and creates a new soda company.

Wow. It's stupid statements like that the give Christians a bad name. There is nothing biblical about that and to make such a statement after quoting a bunch of versus and otherwise orthodox teachings does not make it any more true or any less stupid. Why would you come here of all places and blurt out such a fringe idea?

His invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.
