Meet your next President

The CDC said spit and sweat particulates can spread ebola. He didn't take it any further than that. It's not like he said you can catch it from a fart in an elevator.

Paul was actually certified by the board the Maddow says he wasn't. He failed to renew his certification in protest of some policy change they had done and decided to create his own board.

Maddow leaves this important detail out because she isn't actually interested in telling the whole story but just the parts that support the leftocommie narrative.

When Maddow claimed the republicans wanted to tax the sun...I decided then that she was a moron and not just a partisan hack. Consequently I stopped watching her show.

I think you are fooling yourself. On certain issues like war mongering I don't see much if any difference when the rubber meets the road.

Obama is doing to bare minimum to appease the public on ISIS. If he thought he could get away with it.....legacy wise.....we would be evacuating our embassy and consulate there and letting Baghdad fall.

I don't think Obama is a war monger at all...just the opposite. What I can't figure out is Libya. The only thing that I can think of is that he isn't completely calling the shots and is forced to follow the program established before he became president.

I liked Bernie when I was living in Vermont. Good guy, and not afraid of...well, his own opinions, I guess. He says what needs to be said. If any of you live up in Seattle, I'd be curious to see what sort of damage Kshama Sawant, Position 2 city councillor could do on a national level. Not the presidency, but something national. She is proactive.

Sweet Reason you are delusional.

Obama expanded the war in Afghanistan, took action to capture Bin Laden that John McCain called foolish during the 08 debates, expanded drone strikes in Pakistan and elsewhere in the world, intervened in Libya and wanted to do so in Syria before being stopped by a Republican controlled Congress. He only withdrew from Iraq because his hand was forced by W's agreements and the Iraqi regime's refusal to renegotiate.

By what measure do you make the claim that Obama is a peace-and-love hippie? Or an isolationist (like Rand Paul)?

When it comes to having a warrior president, what the fuck else do you want?

That goes a long way with me. Insult me or tell me what I don't want to hear but never lie to me. Above all, I value honesty.
You sound like Haywood, bro. It's the same principal of the sissy slapfight you're having with him in the other thread over Clinton. You two should shut up and fuck already.

If Rand Paul's lack of certification has caused malpractice, that's between him and his patients. Clinton's thing for sexual harassment is between him and the women he dicked. John Kerry's bullshit war metals don't result in the fucks I give. Sure Bill Cosby might be a rapist, but he sure was funny.

OK, fair enough. I withdraw my objection on the basis of his license and practice.

Rand Paul tried to destroy America. Is that a good reason to oppose him?

In Oct 2013, he voted against paying our bills at the 11th hour of the GOP's attempt at political extortion. If he'd had his way, if enough of the GOP joined him, America would have defaulted on our debts, investors would have fled, our interest on the debt would have likely skyrocketed and forced us into bankruptcy, our credit rating would be somewhere around a 3rd world status, and an economic collapse would have ensued that would have made 2008 look like a minor correction.

All because he wanted to be a jackass over Obamacare.

That man is unfit for any office.

He's a lying shitball, too.

Of course, that won't cause the tea-baggers to toss him out. He wants to let the blacks out of jail and the republicunts won't stand for that.

Obama bombed Libya without congressional approval...and bombed Iraq without congressional approval. Now he is bombing Syria without congressional approval. I simply do not believe that Obama was stymied in Syria by the republicans as you suggest. The man hasn't let the republicans get in the way of any military action he has taken. He doesn't even bother to consult congress.

As far as expanding the drone program. Bush had a policy of trying to capture and interrogate. Obama doesn't want to interrogate because extracting information can get messy. So he just kills them instead.

Obama forced the Iraqi's to change their government. He certainly could have gotten them to accept a status of forces agreement.....but he didn't even try. Obama didn't want troops in Iraq even though everyone was telling him that was a mistake.

BINGO! That pissed me off too. Obama did the right thing by letting the republicans cave on that one. It's sure to come up during the debate.

I do have to say the dems could have kept us out of Iraq if they shut down. That's how the draft ended. I just think the nuclear option should be reserved for mistakes that can't be reformed or nullified. Obamacare can be reformed or nullified.
