Garden of Eden was a setup...

"hohoho. I sense a whole new level of crazy over the horizon."

HAHAHA I am a crazy motherfucker. You nailed it.

Back to what I was saying about dementia, if you are multitasking too much trying to learn too much, your brain will shrink. You can do study neuroscience and learn that truth you don't need me to tell you about the brain and how it can shrink and also regenerate. You already carry this knowledge it comes from your ancestors. If you try to relax too much and do not learn anything however... Your brain will also become damaged and will create it's own entertainment. It has to do with changes in the cerebral microvasculature. You need antioxidants to combat oxidative stress and you need sleep to remove a build up of toxins in the brain. Melatonin (produced when you sleep) will remove the build up of toxins in your brain and creativity will remove oxidative stress as will a healthy diet and exercise. If however you go ape shit on being healthy you will process too much antioxidants and melatonin which can lead to psychosis, and later on in life through the aging process dementia induced psychosis. It's all about equilibrium, but at the end of the day we ALL die. No one is bullet proof. You already know all of this, and if you don't that's what universities and colleges are for.

I love how I'm just trying to be nice and give you guys the full truth and you are accusing me of all people of being a drug addict, but then again drugs are very spiritual they have been for a very long time. They are gateways to knowledge and peace. Look up the role of magic mushrooms in cancer patients. Very fascinating stuff. Seriously I've been trying to be a friend to you people and all I'm getting is "look at this crazy drug addict".
It's childish. It shows a very unintelligent way of dealing with facts that destroy your fundamentalist dogmatic beliefs. Instead of challenging what I say with what you believe you sink to the level of a sewer rat. Come on man surely you can beat me with logic and not insults? Thinking

Can't believe it. Doing the usual theist step dance. First, god comes down being Jesus in the flesh, but when the absurdity of that sacrifice is pointed out, it's suddenly the son again.

So what's the trinity? Either they're one or they're seperate beings.

I don't know all the answers and that's a question I pray God will entertain when I get to heaven, but in my limited human capacity to understand what God is I have never been able to fully comprehend.

God the Father is the creator who created the entire universe and everything in it. The Gospel of John talks about Jesus as Gods word, whom God the Father (spirit) spoke into existence and became flesh; 100% human and yet still 100% Diety. The Holy spirit is the part of the trinity who is in us (Christians who believe). I too as a believer struggle with the concept of the Trinity.

That's because the rational part of your brain cries "does not compute".

He created Adam and Eve, and was in control of EVERYTHING. He's supposedly omni-everything. If that's the case, he knew they would eat the fruit. In fact, he saw them eat the fruit. And not only that! He placed the tree in the garden (instead of on a tree in a volcano, on Mars.) In fact, idk why he even made the tree anyway. Secondly, he told Adam and Eve not to eat from it. That makes a lot of people wanna do the opposite. He also let the serpent into the garden, and let him convince Adam and Eve. Remember, God controls ALL of this! Lastly... If Adam and Eve were good, how did they sin? And, if the tree gave them knowledge of right and wrong, how did they know it was wrong to eat from it?? I would like everyone's input. I'm genuinely curious. Thanks.

God is not what you think, and this part of the bible is mostly metaphorical. The fruit on the tree literally means KNOWLEDGE. As man evolved over time from various creatures and before that planets or stars we gained knowledge. Eventually we discovered how to kill those we love. Our own flesh and blood family and friends. We figured out that we are all alone and God is simply positivity and our higher selves. Satan is real, satan is the negative one. All forms of negativity the snake was symbolic of evil, go ahead gain the full knowledge of the universe it'll make you a GOD. Boom that's where they went wrong it was not God's fault but man's fault. The more knowledge we digest the harder it is to stay sane. You wonder why people have Alzheimer's and dementia some people are just too STRESSED. God is not some force that wants everything to be perfect. God is simply all that is. God is something but also nothing but satan is the biggest nothing. Satan is in the mind, evil and so is good, God. I hope you understand better now... I think I have it on good authority that what I tell you here is correct and true.

If you want to talk in terms of metaphor, the tree of knowledge of good and evil is not "KNOWLEDGE" but knowledge of "THE LAW" that which we are confined to....the bar that God has set that we consistently fail to achieve.
God is the self existent diety that created the universe that we live in and also he has the capacity to dwell within but is not of our universe.
Satan was Lucifer the most beautiful of Gods angelic creation, but decided he wanted to overthrow God and be God. Because of his pride he fell from Grace and became Satan the deceiver.
Our sin nature comes from two sources, original sin and natural sin (our flesh).
There is no amount of Knowledge that will ever make me God, through his word and as a result of Christ's death on the cross, I may know and have a relationship with God.
You are absolutely correct about it being man's fault that mankind is in the current predicament that it is in.

And this is sourced from ... ? Or is it just an opinion.

Genesis 2

16
The LORD God commanded the man, saying, "From any tree of the garden you may eat freely;
17 but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you will surely die."
You make people miserable and there's nothing they can do about it, just like god.

God has no place within these walls, just as facts have no place within organized religion.
-- Superintendent Chalmers

Science is like a blabbermouth who ruins a movie by telling you how it ends. There are some things we don't want to know. Important things.

Once something's been approved by the government, it's no longer immoral.

god created the universe that we live in? no religion got that wrong dead wrong.

what would be the point for god to challenge humanity by putting a bar so high that no one human can reach it. its pointless because in that system we would always ask for help and we would get help from him. so that bar god set is that high or we imagined it like we did god.

sin doesn't exist so the idea of eternal sin also doesn't exist. sin in of itself of good and bad do not exist. here is star wars logic. The darkside uses emotion and compassion while the jedi use stoicism and brute strength. if looked at like that you see what i am getting at.

there is many good people in the world religion is that at which is muddies peoples views and changes the hearts and minds of others and the one behind it preaches a false dichotomy.
Atheism is a non-prophet organization join today.

I didn't accuse you of being a drug addict. Perhaps you have me confused with someone else?

Link to where I said that. The only thing I've said to you is that the new shipment of woo arrived. Here's the colloquialism I was using: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.ph...fid=525436

As for the use of drugs in transcendence, they can help get you there, but for me, I prefer purity of mind coupled with a stoic outlook.

Firstly, you're waving around some mighty big assumptions about me, baseless at that. I'm not dogmatic, I'm not fundamentalist, and I don't think logic has all the answers, especially when is comes to something like an individual's spirituality. And your final fatuous assumption is that I view this interaction as a contest. I don't.

As far as challenging what you're saying, why should I do that? You believe in some sort of heroic pantheism salted with a few false prophets for good measure. Cool. What I see of it doesn't seem well borne by facts and things, but so long as you don't preach to me, I don't care what you believe. It strikes me as woo, I made a joke about it, and you unwrapped your box of butthurt and slathered it everywhere.

Don't worry, you'll live.

Don't try to disguise your insult in alternate meanings, you meant it as cannabis infused with cocaine. You aren't that cool my friend. Which false prophets have I gathered my knowledge from? Since you know so much about me. You seem to have me fully figured out don't you? I am not butt-hurt at all. I was simply pointing out your lack of logical structure in your misguided opinions were falsely presented and were really a disguised attack. Not that I care, I'm always gonna live with a target on my back. In fact I enjoy seeing that negativity come out in people. As everyone is unique we all have our own negative creativity which is awesome. So what else is wrong with me? Wink
