That's why I've never voted before. I would have this year but then I stumblebum fumbled the process. Not voting for deserving members has always been my biggest barrier to participating. This year I figured, oh fuck it, get my hands dirty. It isn't like anyone will be paid less as a result, and we're not voting the non-winners off the site.
