Workout workout workout.
Rigorous workout.
Lifting.
Push ups. (I used to do 500 of them daily)
Crunches. (very hard for me because i run out of breath easily,but i don't usually do it anyway as i kind of have "natural abs" or smthn)
Sprinting. (I used to be a sprinter,have received price from District competition)
Punching. (My friend goes for boxing classes so he bought a bag,i go to his house regularly and beat the shit out of it.The skin on top of my knuckles seem so black now)

I go to a gym class twice a week where we alternate aerobic exercises and large muscle exercises like squats and lunges and chest-presses and biceps, etc.
In off days from the gym I used to run but my foot has been bothering me (I think I need to go back into PT and strengthen it back up but that means going to the doc and paying a copay just to get a
referral to go to PT... ug...) so instead I've been walking. I do a trail that was recently extended up a pretty gnarly hill but is really pretty and ends up being a five-mile walk down that trail and through the neighborhood around me.
Oh, and I walk my cats. Does that count?

I ask my little brother to sit on my back and then do push ups.He loves it.

I just realized I totally forgot about hoop dancing. I don't do it daily like I used to (sometimes for HOURS at a time), but it's still a love of mine. I guess I don't see it as exercise, but it really is. When I'm doing it on the regular, my four pack is fabulous.

One of my teachers do classical dancing to keep in shape.Actually any form of dancing can keep one in shape.
Maybe you could try it too..

I have too many medical problems for sports, so I am an armchair athlete. Mainly soccer:
Major League Soccer (Seattle Sounders FC)
National Women's Soccer League (Portland Thorns FC)
USMNT
USWNT
NCAA (San Diego State, mainly
English Premier League (Manchester City).
And I read about the general world of soccer.
In addition, gymnastics and sailing. And Olympics as a whole.
