I am sure it must be sentience that you are referencing. The sperm is alive, the egg is alive and the resulting zygote is alive.
You make people miserable and there's nothing they can do about it, just like god.

God has no place within these walls, just as facts have no place within organized religion.

One more reason I think Christianity is false. You can hardly get Christians to agree what is christian.

True on the Christians not agreeing.  That is why the different denominations and split between churches.  The doctrine that I grew up in taught that you can fall from grace while the baptists believe once saved always saved doctrine.  Then you have some splits there.  Then the Catholics drink alcohol during communion while other churches say it is a sin.  Then if you go to the Vatican (Roman Catholic Church) who claim they have the right to verify what belongs in the Bible and what doesn't.  The biggest problem that I have with the Vatican is what are they hiding from the rest of the world.  Orthodox believe something completely different also.
If you look up lets say the Greek Orthodox, Catholic, and the Bible, you find that there are some similarities on the books they accept then some have other books in them that let's say the first two of them don't have.
Take the Jews.  There is a disagreement there on whether or not Jesus existed or not.  Then to make matters worse, then Islam comes into the picture and say that they are right also.

This is one problem just among these three religions have.

You know, at first I thought some of the responses certain people were harsh but now? Look at this?
The lack of thought and research gone into producing a question that boils down to "How do you know there is no all-powerful being that you cannot see, touch or hear?" is astonishing.
The sheer laziness behind it makes me look like I'm training for a triathlon.

I don't care. Answer the question which is an Ape Embryo and which is the Human one.  Come on McTroll it should be obvious.

Ok. I have no problem.  The picture with the 2 mm on it is the human embryo while the other one is an ape embryo.  So what is your point?  They look similar.  That is not rocket science either.

Now what I would like to know exactly is where are the bones or fossils of the common ancestor of human and ape?  Why haven't they been found?  This should not be that hard of a question for you.

Are you kidding?
A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost

I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.

As has been repeatedly pointed out to you and which you continually ignore, is that they have been found.

Now the question becomes: Who told you our ancestors haven't been found, and why would they want you to think that?
