John Oliver Nails Mental Illness

Here's a really good video of John Oliver tackling mental illness, and he has some really interesting facts.  My only issue is that in the beginning talking about words that are insulting to mentally ill people.  People using the word "crazy" doesn't bother me a bit, and wouldn't expect other people to kowtow to my sensibilities, anyway. I used to wear a shirt with the word "psycho" on the front in the movie's font.

The part about mentally ill people in nursing homes is something I've somewhat experienced myself.  I was never put in a nursing home, but I stayed in a psychiatric hospital that was essentially a nursing home.  I was the only person under 65 in there, and all the people in there were quite lucid and sane.  They were just old, and they all wondered what I was doing there.  They were nice about it, but in hindsight, I can see why the doctor was hesitant to let me stay there.
