I can't listen to that ranting, especially when some of it's directed at another individual.

But, as far as I'm concerned, it takes an especially deranged individual to make a recording about someone on a website that they'll likely never meet.  It borders on obsessive.

To be less vague, if you file multiple reports complaining about multiple people and less than 10% of them actually involve rule breaking, the staff will probably give you a little vacation. We appreciate reports and a couple reports where we are scratching our heads trying to figure out why you think that the rules have been broken is common. Do it over and over and we get touchy.

As 911, 999 or similar is to the emergency services, so the report function is to us. It is a vital and confidential link in our communication. Use it judiciously and we can do our job. Misuse it and then don't be surprised when we kick your arse.
