I was thinking of tangerine cats in the Dominican Republic.
But that is the pattern with multiplication by 9, all the digits must add up to 9.
Another cool thing about 9: if you're summing numbers and make a transposition error (e.g. enter 1472 when it should have been 1742), the error in the sum will be divisible by 9.
