Since we're all sharing intimate info, here's mine:
Height: 5 feet, 7 inches
Weight: 115-120 lbs (depending certain things)
Body fat: 22%
BMI: between 18-19

Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

I'm 6'0''
My weight is normally around 160ish
My body fat is normally around 8-10%
I am an exercise addict, although I don't life weights. Body weight resistance exercise builds more functional muscle for sports. Lifting is mostly just useful for lifting. I do it for participating in a real sport:

Hah! Midgets
My numbers: 6 foot 3 (possibly 6 foot 4, it's been a while since I checked), 210 pounds, body fat fuck knows but not that high, BMI who gives a shit about BMI
I'm easily the strongest I've ever been right now. I've been pretty regular with the pull-ups and usually do 4 sets of 5, at least 3 days a week. I'm noticing an added layer of muscle on top of my bones and I'm a little leaner than I was before. So overall, I have this thread to thank for kicking my arse into gear a bit with exercise

5' 11.6" in height or 1.82 m
88.4kg in weight or 13 st 12 lb or 194.8 pounds
according to this thing my BMI is 26.7 which is over my ideal weight which would be 25
I paid 70p just to get this info for you people.
By all means, keep us posted with your continuing numbers and progress. Posting online kind of creates an accountability system. So, if you post again in 30 days and say your BMI is 35, I'll be all like, "Goddamn it, paulpablo!"
Accountability!

Awesome stuff there, Capn. I can only dream of rocks like those where I live. Please, don't forget powerlifting as a real sport though!
I find that lifting has great carryover into my everyday life. I do a lot of physical work on my dad's cattle farm (cutting up fallen trees, building fences, repairing stuff, etc. etc.) and deadlift variations especially have helped with all the heavy stuff that I have to move, roll, pick up, and so on.

Farm boy strength is a real thing, that's for sure. I guess there is a couple of different types of strength. Pure strength and strength to body weight ratio. I need a high strength to body weight ratio. Rock climbing you need strength to body weight, where as dragging around heavy farm stuff you just need to be able to lift a shit ton. I guess what's important really depends on what sport or activity you are doing with it.
