I had an argument, when I was a lowly intern, with my supervising resident over the diagnosis of a patient.
To the point where he dragged in the consulting doctor because I refused to treat the patient as he instructed.
Guess who was correct?
If he ever needs heart surgery, he will swollow his pride and begrudgingly ask for you!

He specialises in emergency medicine, as I used to - and still practice, to a lesser extent.
He has far better cardiologists where he is.
