Is Quran the proof of God?
RE: Is Quran the proof of God?
A book that says fresh and salt water don't mix under any circumstances can't be from a deity. But one subject of homosexual acts: it's perfectly natural. Many non-human animals are bisexual and even homosexual.

Male dolphins have sex with each other, for example, as practise before mating with females. Bonobos have sex with everyone else in their tribe which makes them bisexual. And they have sex with everyone to bond with them. Allah isn't a very good deity if homosexual acts are condemned.

Don't you think that given all of the hate that they receive, if homosexuals could turn their homosexuality off they would? Millions of homosexuals around the world fear death for their homosexuality so if course they want to not have those feelings. But the reality is they can't switch them off

Homosexuality is a sin. Just as murder, robbery, and all other sins that infest our Earth today and of times in the past. What people don't realize is God does not cause sin to happen. He gives us humans free will and we are the ones that sin. God sent us prophets and scriptures which have laws and regulations for us to model our lives after. But u get, for example, a powerful country like the USA which tells us in our Constitution that mankind is free to do as they will as long as abiding by laws. Homosexuality is an act against God and nature. It is unnatural. But because the U.S Constitution says ur free to do so, it's ok. So a man-made law in 1776 replaced the law of God since the beginning of time. So if politicians today spoke against homosexuality imagine how many votes they would lose for discrimination in a country where homosexuality is said to be okay. Bottom line. Like all other sins Allah doesn't cause them but gives us the free will to follow or disobey His command set for us in scriptures through His prophets, and He will judge us all on what we do and in the Hereafter we will be punished or forgiven and rewarded for our actions in this life

But why does Allah care about it? What's the reason? Why did he create homosexuality if he despises it so much?
Satan is the spawn of evil. He is the one that suggests evil to us as humans. Allah warns us n the Qur'an that Satan is an avowed enemy to mankind. So Allah is not the cause of evil but He wills it to happen because He has given us free will. But He tells what to do and what not to do. So because of His mercy to us He warns us of things and sent prophets to mankind to follow their leadership. So like all other sins that He tells us not to do is because we have free will and with that comes the ability to obey or sin. If He wasn't Most Merciful He could just say "Do good and don't do bad or else" but He explains to us in detail  what we will receive if we disobey just as He explains to us in detail what reward we will get if we obey Him. And with our finite human mentalities we can't possibility interpret how much worse the punishment will be nor how.much better the reward will be. So as The Most Merciful He is giving us chance after chance in this life to have, in the Hereafter all we desire, and to be saved from the greatest punishment ever.

He wills sin to happen so we with free will can obey or disobey and have a magnificent reward or a humiliating punishment in the Hereafter. This life is all a huge test. The Hereafter is where we shall live for eternity. Where and how depends on what we do in this life. So with homosexuality as a sin He tells us not to do it just as He tells us not to do all other sins. But when we err as we certainly will do time after time. As long as we don't die associating partners in worship with Him or disbelieving in Him He is ready to accept our repentance, forgive us, and pick us back up on His path of guidance

I have a question. 7 billion humans and somehow lucky us you managed to find the correct god and the correct ancient book. That's fantastic.

But here's the rub, seems a bit of a problem that your alleged "all powerful" being cant or wont get us all on the same page. Don't feel bad, Christians and Jews have the same problem. I still have yet to see any of the three give me a good answer.

But here goes. Why would an all powerful being want or need human's help? If he can "poof" all this into existence, seems absurd he would need fallible humans to act as his public relations department? Are you telling me he cant do the work himself without your help?
