My favorite OST of all time is Michael Kamen's suite from Band of Brothers.

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Either "A Beautiful Mind" soundtrack, or Interstellar's soundtrack.
Which is better:

I think my favorite film soundtracks are Blade Runner, Ghost in the Shell, and The Fountain.
More recently I really like the soundtrack for Interstellar.
Anything done by John Willams. That man is a symphony lord.

Oh... another thread for this?
Have you ever noted how John Williams' theme for the 1979 superman movie.... at some point... seems to musically say "Superman"? @0:10 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_RDu5fRHjw I noticed some of you like Vangelis' Blade Runner... but do you know Chariots of Fire? Star Trek, The motion Picture (and featured in TNG, too), by Jerry Goldsmith: (3 videos per post.... that's it) RE: Best original music from a film?

I am John Cena's hip-hop album.
Great movie as well. If you haven't seen this movie, and you're old enough to have had multiple opportunities and encouragements to watch this, shame on you!!! |
